Orders & Payment Options
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification to verify that your order has been processed.
Tracking your Order:
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. This email will contain your UPS tracking number. Use this tracking number to keep up to date with the status of your package from departure, to arrival.
Changes To An Order:
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order. There is a short period of time in which an order may be cancelled.
To Cancel An Order:
Since most orders are processed and shipped quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. In the event that your order is cancelled, you will receive confirmation via email.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
- Check card (also called debit cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
We do not accept:
- Credit Cards that are issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address.
- Money Orders, Checks, Cash on delivery (COD), or any other payment method not listed above.
Please Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately once your order is processed.
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to the following states: New York.
Shipping & Delivery
- The Clara S Online Store can currently ship orders to all U.S. States and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Canada or any other non-U.S. addresses at this time.
- We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order.
- All orders are shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
- Please note that if a package is rejected upon delivery, the customer will be accountable for all additional shipping charges.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
PO Box Shipping: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items, at an additional fee. Please contact a customer care representative for pricing on expedited shipping.
International Shipping: At the moment we do not ship to International and U.S. Territory destinations (including Canada, or any destination outside the United States).
Return Policy & Exchanges
CLARASONLINE.COM offers returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange your item(s). This can be done by printing and completing the MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM. Items returned within 30 days of the purchase will be credited as a return, in which the customer is reimbursed for the amount of the item they purchased, or if the customer chooses, they may exchange their unwanted item for another.
- All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt that was included with the order.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days. If an item is returned after 30 days, the package will be rejected, and all return shipping costs will solely be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the total value of your exchange is greater than the total value of returned items, the card that was originally used to place the order will automatically be charged to cover the difference.
Returning or Exchanging by Mail
To expedite your return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit, please:
- Fill out the MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM (PDF).
- Please indicate the reason for the return by marking the appropriate return code section.
- Then fill out the "I WOULD LIKE" section, specifying if you would like an exchange, or a refund.
- Carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your completed MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM with the item(s). Be sure to keep a duplicate of this receipt for your records.
- Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes.

Clarasonline.com prides itself in providing exclusive, quality merchandise. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display. Display of an item on clarasonline.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit to our website or if you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our Client Services group at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to fulfill your requests whenever possible.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Web site. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Product information and pricing
While merchandise offered on the Web site is generally priced the same as merchandise offered at our stores, there may be price differences due to promotional events and special offers. The prices displayed on the Web sites are quoted in US dollars and are valid and effective only in the US.
The Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Web sites, and e-mail, to determine compliance with this Agreement and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing, The Company shall have the right to remove any material that The Company, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.
The Company Web sites shall be used for lawful purposes only. Any conduct by you that in The Company's discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from enjoying this Web site will not be permitted.
Clarasonline.com will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. Clarasonline.com makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information and will not be bound thereby. Clarasonline.com reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
